Lowes Build and Grow Clinic - This Saturday - Free!
I just registered Rosie for the Lowes Build and Grow project on April 17th. Have you seen them? Every Saturday, Lowes stores offer a clinic for kids. The one this Saturday especially attracted me.
Sean has been showing Rosie how to plant seeds and they care for them every day. They've prepared their garden and as soon as their seedlings are big enough, they'll transplant them outside. I love the idea of the working together. The idea of watching vegetables grow in our own yard. Cooking and eating them - it's just a win-win project.
The project at Lowes this week is called a "See It Grow Planter". Isn't it cute?
I haven't been to a Lowes event - has anyone else? It sounds fun and it's free!
The Lowes website says, "Bring the kids into any Lowe's store and build a FREE wooden project. Each participant also receives a free apron, goggles, a project themed patch, and a certification of merit upon completion of their project." Wow!
I let you know in the comments next week what we thought. If you go, let me know, okay?

I use to take my kids to those. Maybe next time I will take them to one.
